Holding Economics and Management degrees from Brown University and London Business School, Paul began his professional career in journalism and magazine publishing before moving to corporate management.
He headed up European corporate communications for multinational companies before then moving to the world of media, where he helped to establish the NBC and CNBC satellite television channels in Europe, followed by senior management positions with Turner Broadcasting Europe and CNN International.
He then started a career in the videogames industry, eventually moving to Paris as President of Vivendi Games Mobile.
In early 2009, Paul co-founded the Entertainment Learning language education service. Via its Lingua Attack online platform, the company is a strategic education partner of two major French regions and the three leading French language training organizations.
